Chi Film Studio is the premiere commercial photography and video production studio in Dallas. Whether you need studio rental, studio equipment, set design and construction or all of the above, you’ve found the right place to make your shoot a success.

Our film studio is spacious and versatile, able to fit a wide range of commercial photography, video production, podcasting, and live-streaming projects. It includes a main soundstage with a 40-foot cyc wall with an inside corner and a 35 by 12 foot green/blue screen, able to fit large groups and even cars. We also have a hair and makeup room and a sound room for recording and voice-over work. P
